Hello, I really liked your work, thanks a lot. here is the structure of the new case study. I will also upload the case soon
Case Study 3: Ebay: Fixing An Online Marketing Pioneer on pages 543-545 of the textbook (8.4%)
1. Title page. Name of the case and names of group members
2. Introduction and key facts of the case. This may include background, causes that led to the problem, consequences of the problem, SWOT analysis, etc: 2 pages
3. Main problem/issue(s): 0.5-1 page
4. Alternative solutions. Provide specific and valid suggestions, give advantages and disadvantages for each solution provided: 2 pages
5. Recommendations and justification. Which solution is the best and why?: 1-2 pages
6. Lessons learned. What do you draw from the entire case (e.g. what did you learn, what are the key marketing concepts that apply)?: 0.5-1 page
• The “Questions for Discussion” at the end of each case may provide you with some help with respect to how to analyze the case and/or the key problem/issue(s) that need to be addressed. However, your case study report should follow the structure outlined above (e.g. you should not answer each Question for Discussion one at a time in your report). You may find yourself answering some, all or very few of these questions in your case study report depending on the case and how you feel it should be best analyzed
• When you analyze a case think of yourselves as a team of consultants for the executive who is at the centre of the case. You will only be paid for your services (in grades!) if you can resolve the issue(s) for your client and provide the supporting facts/analysis. Be professional, precise and diligent.
