Post a secondary response (which will be graded as per the rubric) to a colleague’s primary response supported by a scholarly reference as well. You may respond to all but only one needs supported by a scholarly reference.
Discussion Question for the week:
a. In your current role (or a past one) can you identify a management or leadership role? Explain and support your response.
b. In your current work setting, can you identify leadership styles and leadership protocols.
c. Recall and describe a situation in which underlying asumptions were not identified or addressed. Who was involved, what was their role, what were they trying to accomplish, and what actually happened? Based on the information in chapter 4 what would you have done differently? Will this help in the future?
