Compose an open ended question that is pertinent to either your post or another post in the forum.

I have to write a response paper for discussion board of the course. Prof said in discussion;

Second, I appreciate that you guys want prompts for everything, but i’m going to be a bit sketchy here in the discussions, so as not to limit you; please fill in the details with findings from your reading/writing that particularly compels your thinking. I’m going to impose a few rules for this week’s discussion forum, then I’ll provide a few open-ended questions to get you started. [*Note: you can start with one/more of these if you want & then expand upon them thoughtfully.] Okay here are the rules for this week’s discussion:

1. Now that we’ve established a foundational reation to Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction, lets take some pressure off our shared pop-cult-crutch & lean a bit more on the literary texts at hand. By all means, continue to discuss particulars of PF, but be very specific in these references. Remember the more we use the film, the more detailed critique we will be able to derive & you dont want to miss the opportunity to discuss other texts as thoroughly in this segment of the course.

2. Pay close attention to terms & distinctions made in discussion posts/threads. Keep going & don’t be scared to call something into question! These discussion posts thoroughly blanket the course themes so far. Also its great that, as a larger set at least abstractly, all of your posts tend to touch on some wildly important themes, and fairly consistently throughout the threads. You will become more detailed and yet succinct at this in our few weeks together as you recieve commentary from your peers and myself.. [and it is okay that these remain less formalized, and especially because these replace classtime, so use them playfully to really strtch your limits and help train one another […whoa I started reading too much sports pulp, hence the gym metaphors.]

3. Compose an open ended question that is pertinent to either your post or another post in the forum. Don’t worry about how to answer it, but do take some time/care in forming it. For examples of open-ended questions you can look to my last forum prompt, though I made these up off the dome..

I’m going to share the pdfs which professor share with us, you can explore any idea from these readings and thought about discussion and their relation with pulp or Pulp Fiction. (You should use them for reference/sources please) If you have questions or you need some examples from discussion board please let me know.
