1st, Make some research on China’s business(purchasing)environment. For examples: Chinese cultures, social class, family, roles and status, age distribution, occupation, lifestyle, economic position ( income and expenditure). Please related above information to our business.
2nd, address pricing decisions- strategies employed, etc. You will not have detailed cost information, so you do not need to go down to the level of a specific price. Remember, this is a preliminary plan.
