Why should or shouldn’t the death penalty be supported? What ethical theories apply to your argument?
What is a significant objection to the side you have chosen? Address that objection carefully and thoroughly.
Your answers should be logical, and supported by at least three separate pieces of evidence from the text and two ethical theories we have studied. Note that if option 1 is chosen, in addition to the text, you must cite the sources provided. Three FULL pages, APA format, proper grammar, and clear, concise writing are expected. See the rubric attached to the paper on Turnitin, and review your Originality Report once you have submitted your paper.
Each paper is limited to no more than a 30% for the originality report. Papers that exceed this limit may not be graded.
