Peggy notices that Janis is spending more of her time with her friends in management. Over dinner, Janis confides in Peggy that she is perturbed by the poor behavior of her former colleagues, that they have bad attitudes on the job, and that she doesn’t know how to handle them now that she is their supevisor. Peggy and Janis continue to be friends but they don’t interact as much at work any more.
