How would you describe the core ethical issue that emerges from the topic of overpopulation?

In this paper, I hope to be able to review and expound on these differences found around the world. I also hope to evaluate and discuss how different countries with financial issues, or no wherewithal to develop programs and insight, can get help from others, or how a few can teach a few, that can multiply and then teach a society. Ethics in this realm is very interesting. There are those who are anti-anything having to do with the environment, and those who believe religiously that God put us on this earth and we have to be a good steward of the world and take care of ourselves and everything around us.

For this exercise, I will find more research, as well as read past articles about what was predicted for the 21st century, versus reality. The UN and the World Health Organizations along with the US Dept. of State and CDC have much to read on these issues. At the same time, groups such as National Geographic and other nature groups have a great deal of scientific research to review.

This topic is certainly out of my traditional realm of interest. This exercise and ultimately the final project takes me to a level, which I haven’t reviewed in detail. I have some basic thoughts and understanding but will need to continue to pursue more. From an oral communication perspective, I will have to teach myself the correct pronunciation of these ideas and words, as they are not part of my vernacular.
