My chair suggested my brief lit review should be arranged by healthcare system overall challenges, VA challenges, then discuss lean six sigma methodologies in healthcare, how lean six sigma build collegiality within departments/staff, review of lean, review of six-sigma, and finally review the VA-TAMMCS program. I will specifically write about the VA-TAMMCS program. I just need the other 5 items.
