1. Review of exit interviews
2. Literature review of scholarly articles through PSU online library and SHRM.
3. Three years worth of data will be collected through interviews and surveys of stakeholders
4. Likert scale would be used as the response option in the surveys, which will be converted to SPSS software for analysis.
5. Qualitative data from interviews will be collected and sent for further analysis to draw conclusions of the research study.
