1. Describe in details the crisis of masculinity and factors that led to masculinity crisis in rural Wolof communities.
2. Movies are fiction but they often portray some aspects of the society very well. Based on the movies: Tableau Ferraille, Faat Kine and class lectures: propose a developmental schema of women’ status in Senegalese society. In other words, how did women’ status change from traditional society to modern society?
3. Give a sketch of Wolof language and how it is used in social interaction.
