You are required to consider a product-making or service-providing company GENERAL MOTORS which is among
FORTUNE 100 companies. In your report, consider
addressing any two questions of the following three questions:
1. Analyse the supply chain management technique(s) used in the company. What
improvements can be made?
2. Critically discuss five relevant competitive issues that stimulate the operations in
that company. Provide appropriate justifications on the issues raised.
3. Considering the company plan to expand its capacity due to growing demands,
discuss the appropriate techniques that could be used and why?
